The Retention Plate is a secondary way to ensure your earplugs remain in your READY Ears housing when things get dusty or dirty. Injection molded from a strong yet flexible nylon polymer, the Retention plate easily snaps on to the housing, and is removed by using a fingernail to pull up on either side.
NOTE: READY Ears Housing sold separately.
Remove the Retention Plate prior to cleaning of your housing.
