Return & Exchange Policy

Items purchased from bayanidesigns.com must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation).

When making a return or exchange for items purchased on bayanidesigns.com, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless it is a warranty issue.

There is no restocking fee for any Bayani Designs products that are in restock-able condition.

There is a 20% restocking fee for any STUDSON brand item returns, and items must adhere to STUDSON’s return policy.

For items not purchased on our website, please refer back to the original place of purchase for assistance with your return or exchange.

Please allow 2 business days (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm PST) for processing from the time we receive the item(s).

Credit will be issued back to the card(s) used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 7-10 business days from the return processing date.
